    Kunks - i wish you the best but I can say that time does not always equal $$. In fact, very seldom does it. I've been on projects where I have given my life to them over a period of time and very little if any compensation. Whereas, i've been fortunate to see big pay offs on projects with very little effort. In my experience in the forum world, if someone is looking to build and dump for cash quickly, they will often be dissapointed. I am not saying that is the case here, I imagine you've put a lot of effort into it but like anything, something will only go for what the market will allow.

    Yeah I know, but I was just getting a feel for waht people would pay. Doesnt mean I have to sell, it was just an appraisal
