    Thinking about selling off www.cornwallsurfpoint.co.uk

    www.cornwallsurfpoint.co.uk

Originally designed as a community website for surfers in Cornwall. The site quickly turned into a surfing guide with beginners information, surfing article, forum and photos. This site has been designed with care and love by a surfer. It is a genuine site that I have been running for quite a while now

Site age: Registered Jan 8th 06

This site has built up many links with webmasters of other surfing websites:

    www.cornwallbeachguide.co.uk
    www.girls-who-surf.com/surfing-history.htm
    http://www.planetsurf.net/cgi-bin/cgi/tseekdir.cgi
    http://www.onestopsurf.co.uk/directories/default.aspx

    and many many more.

    Methods of promotion.

Author has put out many articles on various websites with links to www.cornwallsurfpoint.co.uk
High quality Search engine optimization. This site comes up on the first page for "surfing in cornwall" on the UK msn.

    Monetization:
Currently google adsense. Surfing related keywords pay very highly and the site has made a high revenue through google adsense
Site is ready to start selling advertising to offline vendors such as surfing shops and surf schools. There is potential to make large amounts of revenue via this methods. If you sold advertising to just 5 places a month at £25 per month which is cheap, in one years time with all of your advertisers you would be earning £18000 a year with no overheads.

The site has a forum which should continue to grow as the site matures. There is also a photos section where surfers can upload their own photos!!!

THIS SITE IS A PR3, it is not your average ebay website.
    http://www.seochat.com/?option=com_seotools&tool=10

It has genuine unique content and a good number of visitors. It has real potential to grow and make somebody with more time some real money.

I am selling this site because I a going into my final year of university, money is getting a bit time and I don't have the time to devote to the site with all the studying (cough!!).'..(I want an Ipod nano really!!)

Going to put it on ebay, anything else I need to add?

How much do you think it will go for? Any tips for selling a website on ebay?
