    I'm new at this...

I'm creating a template for a corporate website - it looks great, I'm happy with etc, but it appears different on firefox to how it shows on Internet Explorer.

The navigation bar and some images are totally out of alignment when viewed in firefox.

What can I do to prevent this?

Please PM me and I can show you in more detail if anyone fancies helping me out...

Same, I can help you out with a link. If your not using CSS, I would recommend switching now, as it makes all websites look 5x more professional.

Flatliner, I would suggest you upload it and have us take a look. We cannot say for sure the problem if we cannot see other things that might affect the results.
