I think there are probably fewer real physical casino sites, but that internet gambling is more popular. Either way there will be a lot of competition but you have a good domain name and you have the recent major motion picture 21 drumming up some more attention about casinos and gambling. Maybe talk about card counting? It's not illegal and is the focus of the movie 21 (and book of the same story; Bringing Down the House). There'll be more interest in that for the time following the film's release.
I suggest you a blog about gambling. Find a good paid poster and don't pay him too much ( lol ). There are many people who're good in these things. If you're good do it yourself. Anyways Gambling is one of the best niches. Choose carefully. Do what you think you can do better!

I would make it a normal website and publish lots of articles, then add a blog and then add a forum. This is what I done on my site, PM is you want URL as example.
