AS long as you have already has a site that is accepted on Adsense then adding other sites won't be a problem. Your problem will be non relevant contents since they don't have advertisers from the porn world.
this is very hard question if your website's content is other and google indexed then you should content to Google Adsense if they agree but i think they don't like that domains.
