Selling site about lemon laws - automotive and legal related

This is an aged site, I set it up several years ago and then forgot about it. It's a really lucrative topic, but just outside of my current strategy for developing sites. So, I'm letting this go for a song. It gets the odd click on Adsense, but we're calling the traffic and revenue as minimal so don't base your bids on traffic or revenue. The real value here is the aged domain, it's got PageRank, the content is indexed in Google, it just needs you to optimize the content and do some link building.
