Site 90% ready for launch, please review

Hello guys

Please take a moment to review my site at www.publicarticles.net

Still missing to add a newsletter function to it, as well as getting it
optimized for the SE's.

Only litle problem I saw was that at the bottom of the articals, you have a rating thing there, but no comment box but on the page when you vote, says Comment : N/A. Might want to check that if thats a important part of your site.

I like the color scheme and logo! What I would do is add a light grey background to the left table of your site so it "seperates" it from the content area

 

you mean of the navigation box for the categories?

I did the logo and template myself.

 

added a light grey background to the categories area, makes it stand out more, works well.

 

Site design is lacking abit... Maybe add some gradients or something to spice it up?

I think the category list on the left is neverending. But it is probably good.

Very nice layout and color scheme, although I am not a fan of orange fonts.

 

My comment, the non-bolded orange used in the left nav is hard to read.

From a business perspective the site doesnt say what its purpose is, what it does or how you can use it. What about an intro?
