I am thinking about starting a streaming video site for sitcoms, cartoons, etc. If they are hosted on other sites like dailymotion can i still get in trouble with the Feds even if i put a disclaimer up that states the videos are hosted remotely?

    Thanks

It's copyright infringement no matter where the videos are hosted. A disclaimer isn't worth anything. Even just linking to the site can be considered contributory infringement.
