    Regfee to mid $XX if developed and/or pitched properly to a potential buyer. Five letter domains aren't that rare, pronounceable or not. I could probably reg a couple right now. The trick to selling the 5L domains is making them "brandable," "memorable" and just building a site around them. Right now, I wouldn't even pay regfee on it personally.
