Who admins payouts to second tier affiliates signed up by the first tier? The publisher or the first tier?(with a PPS program) What are the common % payouts to second tier affiliates(if any?) from reputable partners? Do you as a publisher give up any control of where your ad is placed by the first tier with second tier affiliates? Still feeling my way around in the dark and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
I'm not sure if you're talking about a specific affiliate program or not, but usually the website will administer the payouts to all affiliates. Most affiliate programs I know of, the first tier affiliates aren't responsible for the second tiers
