    im working off page work for single phase keyword domain name:http://www.freezetechequip.com keywords chillers, oil coolers regularly posted bookmarks, directory, classifieds, blog, blog commenting competitors .....what are the ways promoting my keywords in google 1 st page.

    Many webmaster do the same thing all off page work as you are going to do. Here you are targeting single phase keywords, search volume and competition is also high. To reach at 1st position do quality work not quantity work. Get back links from quality site which boost your single phase keywords rank.
