I do not know what you mean by shading, but is this what you wanted? I've also rounded the corners, rectangle just seemed to bother me.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
It's the original Logo, I'm not lightening it. Perhaps it's because of the 'nearly white' background that makes the logo look a little bright.
But. it's OK, I'll post my revision.

 

So Here is My Try. Same Thing but with 2 different Edits
