Hi all, I am trying to get started on the affiliate business on CJ. I've searched the forum but couldn't find an answer to this question. This is a general question about affiliate marketing so I've posted on this section. Say for example if I select a merchant like bodybuilding.com, do I need to create landing pages for each product (this can be a problem, as they have 1000's of products , so 1000's of LPs) ? Or Should I build a single site and sell many products ? Or should I select products that are selling well (btw, how would I do that ?) and make a LP for each ? Thanks for any info and pointers
I'd do the first option. If you build a landing page about bodybuilding you can easiely promote any offers in that niche. Create subpages for each BB niche, generate some unique content + link building and you should be able to get good SE traffic. Alternatively you have loads of options (keywords) to send people to your landing page(s) individually. Some here are in the dating niche and they also promote multiple offers on their landingpages. It also depends alot on the competiton.
Thanks DaMa, As you so correctly put, people promote (specially on dating) about 6 offers on 1 LP. Guess my next question is, out of all those 1000’s of products, how would you go about selecting a single or a few products to put on the LP ? Thanks, ATT
