Single Item Prices or Total Amount on Payment Pages

I'm just finishing a shopping cart script for one of my sites and it would be great to hear your opinion. I'm not sure which might be the better way on payment pages.

    Paypal: Review your payment

    Item 1: 10 $
    Item 2: 18 $
    Item 3: 19 $
    -----------
    Total 47 $

    OR

    Order XY Store: 47 $
    ----------
    Total: 47 $

I think it might be better to show each individual item and its price on payment pages because the customer sees what they pay for. The downside might be that customers reconsider buying some items. That might not happen if they just see the total amount. What do you think?

Well, if I were to see a big total beyond what I thought I would be paying, I would just exit from the site. If you show them all the products they placed in the shopping cart, it would allow them to adjust the items they added but in the end, you still would have a larger chance of retaining that customer.
