Single Image Re-designing Needed with a new concept

    Hello,

    I liked an image on another website and I want someone to design that image with some different concept and some different idea. The image which I liked and want to be re-designed is shown below:-

    I want this to be done in next 2 to 3 hours. I can pay like $7 for this job. Payment via paypal only.

    Please don't ask for raising price. If you can do this job for $7 in 3 hours from now, then do PM me with your portfolio.
