I've just checked your latest additions page... last approved website: September 27, 2008... maybe you should turn it to free or add by yourself some quality websites periodically to give a bit of life to your directory.... if no one submits your directory won't grow. I don't want to bother you, sorry if this advice is uncomfortable for you, I'm telling it in good faith. Good luck.
I increased the price to $2.91 for normal links and decreased the price to $11.91 for featured links. @pibepalo: Thanks for the suggestion. I tried, but I understood that I can't spend hours a day for approving the sites for free. I don't mean that I am looking to make profit.
