Selling Simpsons Site with revenue and traffic, but with issues ...

Hello DP - I just bought a domain from GoDaddy that had 1500 visits per month of traffic and I have had the page up for about a week, and the traffic is consistent with GoDaddy stats and Adsense was bringing in about .25 per day - I customized the free blog theme that is on the site now and was getting ready to develop it, but experienced some issues today with PSA ads showing up on the site and I started getting nervous about whether the traffic coming to the site was legitimate or not. My stats do not show any referrers and my Google Analytics has a 74% bounce rate (which there is no content on there, so makes sense) ...

I just took the adsense off the site an hour ago and I just want to sell it because the site does not even fit any of my niches and it is looking like more of a headache than I want to deal with - and maybe it is all just fine, but I just don't know. Plus the domain has a trademark on it, so that makes me nervous too ...

If anyone wants stats from Statcounter, or revenue proof, let me know ... thanks!

so it's been up all this time and only has one page of content?

 

@MJAP - When I bought the domain, the original content did not come with it - I went into Web archive and I was not able to access all the pages that were on there, and many of the pages were routing to affiliate products and pages, so I did not yet re-create those - my intent was to just produce new original content over the next couple weeks, but I have not gotten to that point yet - I have only had this domain from GoDaddy auctions for about a week.
