thats what i mean. Its pretty low not to pay someone for the work that they did for you. DP really needs to setup a karma or avoid system so if people don't pay or don't do what they say they will do you can leave a comment. But then not anyone can leave it. Like it is how ebay works when you buy something from someone then it will allow you to leave feed back. That would help people to know who is trusted and who is not to be trusted.
DP does have a pretty good setup for this. It comes in the form of this very thread right here! Where as, I will have to leave my comments and bump this thread back to the front where it is highly visible by others, until this person makes good on the work (deal) I did. I used to not get too bent over small change deals. However this is about the 6th time of this (getting small changed) having happened to me here.. So, basically I have had enough of getting small changed and am not just going to let it go anymore, no matter what the amount is. A deal shall be a deal.. Other wise these types can GTFO out for all I care.. Or they should stay in the freebies section where they may be more welcomed at least.. The only other recourse is of course the leaving of negative itrade. In which case this action jeopardizes my own strong reputation with getting a neg back on it.. The small change aspect makes that not so much a viable option. Therefore the system of leaving more comments on this persons unresolved thread is the best policy. Boulder

Actually, this here is more like what you already said. In fact this is your exact words. Okay, Friday is over! It's like now, the Tuesday ahead of that Friday. And, I never received another PM saying it might be a few more days. I was told that on last Friday I would have my pay. Also, as machikakara has mentioned, I am not sure how the status of verified or unverified has much to do with the limiting of your own account from yourself. Especially on smaller amounts of money. Unless of course, you mean this is a brand spanking new account were talking about? And, you are just setting it up for the first time? Than, that might make more sense. Keep me posted, if you would.
yes i set my account up and they limited it saying i need to add bank account and verify address and im waiting for them to send letter eith pin its been like 13 days and still no letter - this is why i shut my old paypal account because of stupid things and chargebacks they kept on doing
