lol, well, I use them and the usually respond pretty fast. But how fast do you expect them to respond. Many times I only have to wait a couple of hours.
I use micfo and their 15-25 minute level 1 response gauruntee. I think you would be surprised at how many people take fast service response into account when shopping for a new host. . .
Yeah, that's true. I've never realy taken it into account because I don't that often have problems, but there are times when I do that it's important to have a host that will reply pretty fast.
