Is there any legal issues with simple writing, and even operating under, something that states you're an LLC or some sort of registered company, when technically you haven't filled out anything/applied for anything? Basically for sounding more professional I guess, thanks
Yes, it's called fraud. If you are not a LEGALLY liable corporation, it's completely illegal for you to claim you are.
