I need a wordpress theme created very similar to another site. It should have a slider on the home page with a few editable widgets. The theme will also need a contact form. See attachment for url of similar site. Designer should also be able to do a simple text based logo for us as well as some simple icons (reference site; i.e. mosquito, on time every time, 100% satisfaction) please pm me with your bid for this project
