Simple Wordpress Question

I am looking to set my site up so that in the individual blog article page, the author's name (where it says written by) is linked to that author's individual biography. I am curious how to configure the wordpress sitemap so that every article I write has a link from the author's name to his/her bio page. Any advice?

 

Likely all you'd need to do is edit the template to reflect the link change if possible, but I'm not entirely sure, someone else may have better clarification on this.
