Buying Simple Website Design Project

    Hello.

    I have a new website related to home improvement / construction and I need a simple website design done. I have two example images (http://cdn.dreamtemplate.com/product/images/49/5599/20090816184209_1.jpg) and (http://cdn.dreamtemplate.com/product/images/49/5599/20090816184209_2.jpg) to work from. The design should be similar, but I have some simple changes that should be made. It should be for an html/css site - not Wordpress or anything. If you can do it, please provide me with a quote.
