Buying Simple website+database to manage my real estate properties

    I am in need of a simple website+database that I can store a list of my real estate properties and search said database when needed. The fields for storing/searching will all be pre-defined.

    What I need is essentially 3 pages. One page to submit properties (it should be fairly easy to submit multiple properties as well), another page to manage/edit properties already in the database and a third to search that database.

    A stylish interface isn't too important, Twitter bootstrap components can be used on a clean look.

    Please PM me for more information and provide quotes. I am looking for a quick turnaround.

    I'm unable to do PayPal so let me know of alternative payment options.
