    According to my experience there are some ways to manage The PR domains so it can survive for long times

    1. Don't put many outbound links on the site in each page. 5 links is enough
    2. Duplicate contents is one of some reasons that cause the PR domain
    3. if you do spam in many sites using any software or tools that generate huge backlinks in one time in can cause PR down
    4. The content quality will affect to the Page Rank too, so keep unique and care of content quality
    5. Get backlinks from other sites that have good quality, the quality domains are about age, backlink, PR domains, DA/PA

    That are the easy ways to manage Page Rank domains that i know. Feel free to give any corrections.
