    Take 10 minutes to get up and walk it off. Walk outside around the block to clear your mind and get a little physical activity. If that doesn't help at all, your only hope is Jack Daniels.

    To get rid of stress, sometimes I keep watching movies, the whole day to divert my mind OR just get drunk with any friend in the bar. Get up next day morning and forget everything about it and start with new enthusiasm ;)
