Yeah i like your order mate. And also word count is awesome, here i could use 58 Char for Meta Title and 158 Char for Meta Description including space. In that same list i want to add some extra points like Breadcrumbs or Page Navigation, Schema Tags and Internal Link Building.

Heading tags (mainly H1 and H2) page loading timing(avoid flash tech) website content has to b unique keyword density web page url(use keyword ) If you have product related website then make every product's web page.
Make sure that keyword density is 2-5% not more than 5%. Content of the webpage should be fresh not duplicate one.
