Simple Video Editing Needed

    I have a video of a moving car pulling up to a house. The license plate is showing a couple times in the video. I would like the license plate burred out so that it is not readable.

    In addition, I would like to blur out the number on the house as well.

    This is a short clip and I would like the blur to be precise so that it is not very noticeable. Please pm your offer. Thanks!
