Simple upload Script. Quick $10!

    I can make this myself but since I am working on another script at the moment I am willing to hire this out.


    I need a very simple PHP/MSQL upload script.

    To anyone with actual experience this should be quick and easy.


    Functions:
    Upload only Image Files
    Rename image to unique number string
    Upload file to folder
    Enter name, extension type, size into MYSQL


    Since this is a small job I will pay $10 via PayPal.


    Looking for this immediately!


    PS: I am not interested in coders that do nothing all day but spam the boards!

    This job was assigned to the first person the PM'ed me, he completed the job without any hesitation and payment has been sent.
