    Hello, how is everybody doing?

So, I have a question or 3, I feel a little stuck as I'm working on several projects and my time is very valuable. I'm making websites for businesses with a partner VIA Wordpress.
I don't know much about development but i know Wordpress. My partner knows a little wordpress but better, how to develop.

OK, so, Im trying to find responsive themes that I can easily set up, that look alike or very similar to the demo. Is there a way that I can search for themes that maybe provide the demo content or have the "structure" similar as to that of the preview theme? Theres a handful of themes I ran into that hold the "structure" or pre-built website, or whatever you'd like to call it, but i realized that most of them (atleast 90%) allow you to do more or less what the theme preview looks like, but from blank.

Aside from maybe reading the documentation and asking the theme developer/creator for the XML file that holds the pre-built structure , is there another way i can find simple themes like this?

also, would paid themes usually provide this? I usually use demo themes as most of the people i make sites for require a minimal amount of content and aren't picky, so i wouldn't know.

& No, I'm not lazy, like i said, my friend is handling the developer end and I'm pretty much marketing / putting the site together, so if i could quicken up the process of putting the site together I'd be able to save a good amount of time/money as I'd be able to work a lot more on marketing.

Please let me know if you can help, thanks!

Just download the theme-development database from WordPress? Because you are asking about dummy content for checking themes, right?
