    This is the first of many new contests we will be posting over the next couple weeks :). I have hosted quite a few fun design contests in the past here.

    - We are redesigning our Website: http://thephilippines.ph (not much to see yet and we will be changing the layout/colours/fonts still).

    - We want a nice text-based Logo that uses our URL: ThePhilippines.ph

    - We want it to look simple but professional

    - Don't make it look serious or tacky, have some fun

    - Colour scheme: just use the philippines flag colours

    - Make it look nice ;)

    - Winner gets $20 via Paypal

    - Contest ends 72 hours from this time stamp

    @Robert Cox - this looks actually really nice but we really want the .ph in there, not sure it would work with just the white concept and might look overkill with more colours sepeating things
    @Aldabu - simple and not bad but not really what we are looking for
    @HoussemNeo - it looks just ok for me

    Uh this is becoming a busy contest :)

    I appreciate all your submissions guys and I will be commenting on the designs I believe are going in the right direction and could be improved in a way to make them winners.

    @karimc48 this is not bad but it feels very cut, there is potential here but it would have to be greatly improved IMO

    @angelart there is some potential here in the first logo but as it is it wouldn't be for us

    @Robert Cox yes it's ok, definitely a good looking clean Logo, currently this would be my #2 choice

    The best looking logo I have received so far was via PM earlier (currently my #1)
