Simple short question. Please help ?

    Hi there,

    In clickbank I get my own hoplink which is let's say:

    http:// [I]CLICKBANKUSER[/I].PRODUCT.hop.clickbank.net/

    if you enter that website, you are redirected to:

    http://www .PRODUCTWEBSITE.com/main.html?hop=CLICKBANKUSER

    Is there a difference between these links, I mean do I get paid no matter which of these links a client uses to buy the product ?

    You should always use:
    http:// [I]CLICKBANKUSER[/I].PRODUCT.hop.clickbank.net/

    Don't use:
    http://www .PRODUCTWEBSITE.com/main.html?hop=CLICKBANKUSER

    Because the latter doesn't set a cookie in the browser of the user, thus it is worthless, always use the former

    That's great info that CB doesn't make very clear. I wonder why?
