    I am in need of some money and I will be selling one of my sites from my network.

    This is one of my projects that I started in April 2006 my site is: http://www.atole.net

    I am selling this site because I need some quick cash, this site has received very good traffic, monthly income from this site is around $6 or more all from adsense.

    ** CORRECTION **

    Made $6 in august
    Septermber earnings $9.93

    Site has a PR2 "expecting PR3" some PR2 inner pages and it has over 150 backlinks. Proof here:

    Traffic for this site is 1000 uniques a month "bit more than that"

    This site has about 20 recipes, the site has a CMS with seo friendly urls, newsletters, themes, comments, banner rotation and easy to change adsense id and easy to backup your sql and to add new content.

    I recently paid $20 to get this site submitted to 300 seo friendly directories. Site is listed in Jaide and other very good directories.

    The domain expires in 04/08/2007 and it is registered with Godaddy "free push".

    I have only used adsense in this site and like I said it is generating around $6 a month and I have not tried any other affiliate programs.

    This site has a lot of pontential and I really dont want to sell it but I need some money.


    I will provide full access to awstats so you can see all traffic details and I can also provide proof of revenue though a report.

    This honestly is one of those sites that you just leave and forget, no need to promote a lot to generate income.

    Sorry dynn this is not an auction.

    I am only selling for BIN, this site has been increasing revenue every month in 30% and I am expecting a PR3 on it. $115 dollars is actually very cheap.. :)
