Lots of discussion about this, so let's be a bit more scientific about it, because it's hard to draw any conclusion with all the talk.

    So, simple question...

If your site wasn't designed to encourage or produce accidental clicks you shouldn't see any difference. People that are complaining about their CTR were getting paid for accidential clicks :)

Not necessarily, maybe your users are really dim and they really want to click on the ad and are interested in the product, but can't figure out where to click :D

I'm about the same or maybe even slightly up but that could be more down to the time of year rather than the recent changes.

It is way to soon to tell. You've gotta give major system changes like this at least a few months, since ideally it will raise CPC as advertisers gain confidence that their clicks are genuine. There has not been that kind of time yet.

First I want to say my ads were not properly optimized in the beginning....

Now after the changes at first my ctr went down 50%, but the click's value doubled so I still gained about the same amount of money, but then I optimized my ads better and now my ctr is 3x better than it was before the changes.

So I'm happy about the changes now, it doubled the amount I received for clicks and forced me to better optimize my ads. :D
