Simple Question About Wp Ad Rotate Plugin

    If anyone here knows about wordpress Ad rotate plugin, please inform me where to insert "%" in HTML Code.
    Here is a sample HTML.
    <a href="http://www.anrdoezrs.net/click-0000000-11111111" target="_top">
    <img src="http://www.awltovhc.com/image-000000-11111111" width="200" height="200" alt="Save 10% off at Therabreath.com Use Code ATB10Off" border="0"/></a>

    Here is my adCode in Ad rotate plugin.

    <img src="%http://www.awltovhc.com/image-000000-11111111" width="200" height="200" alt="Save 10% off at Therabreath.com Use Code ATB10Off" border="0"%/></a>
    But, there is configuration error of "You didn't use %Link% in your AdCode but did enable clicktracking!" and image was not displayed properly.

    I really appreciate it, if someone here shows me where "%" is inserted in this sample HTML.
