Simple question about adsense signup

I am thinking about switch from adbrite to adsense, the simple questions i have are:
Do i sign up through my google acount?
When i apply i belive i should specefy my domain, can i then use the same adsense acount in other domains to?

but you can only use the code on other sites after checking google adsense TOS
