Buying Simple PSD to HTML

    Hello, I'm looking for someone to Code this simple psd into HTML and add it to my magento home page. If your familar with magento then this will be very easy. Must be clean code
    *Must be fluent with magento
    *I need this done today
    *Payment is via Paypal
    *Payment is $35
    The design will be very easy to code, its not complex and contains no navigation
