Simple programming

    Hello,

    I am looking for somebody who can code me a simple program:

    It will need to check regularly (that you can change) for change on a webpage.

    - It will check if the page just changed
    or
    - It will check if there is a specific keyword

    When change is detected there will be a small popup and the possibility to read a sound.

    You can do this in any language but I want the source code.
