simple PR Question

hi, i would like to ask a simple question related to pr.
Ok let's say i will register a domain and park it, like sedo
will the domain pr increase if i keep on parking the domain for more than 6 months?

 

Doubt it.. I don't know much about PR but I do know that Google only wants quality results.. I don't think parked pages fall under that.

 

For many of my parked domains, PR has gone from 0 to 3, it depends on the backlinks

 

I thought you weren't allowed to promote parked pages.. then how will you get backlinks to them?

 

Pagerank is all about inbound links to a site or domain, if your able to get links pointing to your domain it will rise in pr.

FYI: pagerank is all but dead, today it is all about "trust" ...
Parked domains will have a very hard time establishing trust with Google.
