Buying Simple Pop up script with auto-close timer.

    I need a simple pop-up script to load an image when someone enter the site and have a check box on top left to close and an auto-close countdown set for 5 seconds ... with the message "This window will close in 5...4...3...2...1" at the top of the window.
    Need a semi-transparent 5px-10px around the windows where the [x] box resides so the user can see it and close it if they wanted to.

    Will pay $2.00 via Paypal for the quick work.
