Do you think , a simple plan of link building strategy would be as follows.


1 forum post, 1 blog post and 1 social media site and 1 industry specific directory per day combined with 1 article per week.

Nothing flash..Just the nuts and bolts.

 

It sounds like a good plan for a slow and steady increase in backlink numbers

 

Maintaining a regular and progressive link building campaign is a great traffic building strategy. It is important to stay focused and consistent.

 

Agree, better to focus on getting quality links over time than rushing in getting loads of bad links and then not doing anything for weeks.

 

If you stay consistent, then that sounds like a good plan. If you are going after anything real competitve though, you will need to do more.

 

If you do those monthly, and an article yearly is a LOT more then many, so yeah, no bells and whistles is certainly fine.

However, dependent upon your niche, that may not be enough!

 

Sounds fine as your steady maintaining, although id maybe go for 2 articles weekly.
