Simple Pie alternative

    I have a script that is using simple pie to get rss feed data from several website and save the info in a database.

    Is there an alternative to Simplepie, that is faster and better?

    I hope someone can help me with this

    Maybe this is a better question: Is Simplepie the best there is, when it comes to what I am using it for?

    Hoping for some answers :)
