Simple PHP Script - Quick Job

I want a php script that just consists of a couple of files

basically i want to be able to enter a URL's into an admin panel (which have rel="nofollow" on them and pick the title) - then be able to

<?php include("http://www.domain.com/urllist.php") ?>

PHP:

Include The URL's anywhere on another site, so the admin panel will have the option too:

• Add new URL's with Titles
• Delete URL's
• Set URL's to automatically remove after a certain amount of time
• Have the URL's with the rel=nofollow tag on them
• Make some URL's in bold font
• Have an ordering option so i can order them however i want

you may find there are several solutions for this such as blogrolling which are free
