I need to setup a small website with already existing minimalistic design (I'll show where to grab it from). It will provide interface to the database ("online demo"). The user will input the IP address and the database will output 10 fields, such as country, city, ISP, etc. The database contains IP ranges written in numbers form, so you'll need to convert the number to IP using a simple formula. You'll need to: - convert 470Mb file from .csv to MySQL (make sure you can do this with a large file). - implement a simple form where the user enters IP, and check the entered IP for its correctness (nothing special, you just should know what IP address is), so the user won't be able to enter invalid IP values. - implement readable capthca, the user will enter it when he tries to query the IP - implement limitation of daily queries per user per day (say, 5) - implement basic online tools for conversion I'll provide: - Link to .csv file and new website you'll need to create - Link to website to copy the design/idea from - Hosting details - Formulas for conversion IP to number and vice versa (if you'll need it).
