We would like you to copy the suppliers names and associated payment methods and plan names from the above site. On the next step the customer selects their consumption (we would like this exactly the same). However the last step we would like different. We would like to ask the customer for their name and contact phone number. These details will then be sent to an email address that we will specify. (We will call the visitor back to discuss the best options with them) We have a simple site template you can use.
