I need a simple MySql And PHP project for which i have a $15 budget. Basically it has 3 parts and is for purchasing and validating a license. Part 1 purchasing: The user enters email address and pays via paypal or google cart. The script then encodes their email and returns a Serial number (key) which the script emails too them, as well as submitting the email and corresponding key to the database. Part 2 verifying: This is where the server will receive a request from a desktop application (java). The request will give the email and the serial number. The script will check if these are in the database and if they match up together. If successful it will return a 1 if not a 0 Part 3 Maintaining (admin): In this part the admin can add users email and generate them a key, without payment. The admin can also delete or terminate users serial numbers, as well as see users and their details. it can also export and email list so that i can send emails to all users. This section will be password protected. I don't mind if any parts of this script is from other scripts or projects, just as long as it works as describer. YOu first said you have budget of 15 then 10 which of both and i still think this is too cheap for something liket his
G705 is right that is too cheap if you want the script properly done. The script may look simple to you on the outside, but it take plenty of code to create and run in the background on the server.
