Simple Photoshop Work Needed

    I have a jpg image and need to change the background color. I need someone to recreate this image and send me a .psd so I can easily change the background color or logo color as necessary. Completed work should be exactly the same as the image below but a psd with 2 layers (or more if necessary) instead of a jpg.

    This should be a really simple job and I need it done right away.
