This guy is a scammer. After a week of no response and two weeks without pay, he asks for more time because he needs it for his Paypal funds to clear. Another 3-4 days, he delays again by asking me whats my Paypal address even though I gaved it to him 4x in E-mail's and PM's. Been about 3 weeks now and he says he has paid me via PM but I did not receive any notification from PP via e-mail. Then went to log-in to Paypal and nothing there. I already gaved up on this guy four days back when I saw his first negative iTrader.

Turns out he misspelled his email address. I need this work done (again), assuming he isnt going to fix it, please PM me if you can do this and install another php script for 30USD.
OK, First of all, the paypal e-mail I was using was the SAME e-mail I was using to communicate with you via E-mail. There were about 10 e-mails, about 4 of those were ones that included me stating my Paypal address. The fact that you kept stalling and stalling and then had to even ask for my Paypal address again is just unprofessional in itself. I even let you know before hand that even if you did really pay, I still would've left a negative iTrader since this transaction was very unpleasant (3 weeks for payment...very little communication or reasons for it). Now you go telling people I messed up your server. First of all, nothing is wrong with your server. Must have been down temporarily. You still give the wrong email, which is the reason I sent to that. I didnt double check it, but then again neither did you when you sent it. Why would I double check for typos? Fact is you were paid as we agreed. So this is your miscommunication, not mine. It does not warrant neg feedback.
Yes there was a slight delay (not 3 weeks) with payment. I told you I had issues with paypal, and that takes some time to sort. I sent payment as quick as I could. If you wanted it quicker you should have offered me another payment method. I am not in charge of Paypal. But hey if you say so, next time check your typing if you want to avoid such trouble for yourself over 30USD.
