Simple PERL rewrite

I am not a programmer - but I need a simple rewrite done and I wanted to know if there is a app somewhere on the web that can do this for me

I have a .txt file with lots of tables of information - one of the fields has a date and time - I want to take the information from this field and rewrite to a random date/time within my supplied parameters.

It would essentially be a find/replace - expect the replace would pull from a list and assign randomly based on my supplied variables.


can that be done with an existing app on the web - or do I need a programmer?

 

You have to code it manually. You cannot generate perl code using some software.

 

well it doesnt have to actually be PERL
just do the function of find/replace but replacing with multiple strings
