The script I'm using is http://www.jmarshall.com/tools/cgiproxy/ ( a perl proxy script).
Need 2 things to be done-
    1. Log all URLs requested with the IP address of the user and time stamp. Create a new file every day for the log file ie 2008-09.30.txt
    2. Prevent hotlinking of proxy script. There are quite a few eg. http://www.443proxy.com/article/how_to/hotlinking_prevention_cgiproxy_and_phpproxy.html, but can't make it to work.

This could be done in probably with a few perl lines.

Please PM me your price or if you need more details.

    okay,
you did not response on my PM or this thread.

    anyway,
it took me 80 minutes to get this thing done.

here is the resulting modded nph-proxy.cgi file:
    rapidshare.com/files/151313847/nph-proxy.cgi.RAR.html

    *hotlink protection integrated
    *request-logging implemented

PM me to get this deal finished.
